Activity overview: The Higher Hotel Institute, Cyprus is a tertiary educational institute which offers educational programmes for the hospitality and tourism industry. It offers a three-year programme in Culinary Arts and a two-year programme in Hotel and Catering Operations. In addition, the Institute offers continuing education and training, advisory services and studies at professional level and support to the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance in the promotion of policies and initiatives to upgrade the service quality and achieve the sustainable development and management of human resources in the industry.
